This week, Rotary District 6250 Foundation representative, and Sun Prairie Rotarian, Sue Halambeck presented a check for $10,000 to Jim Welsh of the Natural Heritage Land Trust for the Patrick Marsh platform and nature project. Greg from Operation Fresh Start followed with information about their programs including how they help kids between the ages of 16 and 24 to find opportunities for success such as school and jobs. Operation Fresh Start is funded through United Way and private donors and also work with Americorp. Operation Fresh Start worked with Rotarians on the Patrick Marsh project and Greg had some great photos of their work.
